Had a concern about one of my implants so I phoned the studio at 9am and was offered an appointment at 11.30.My mind was put at ease immediately by Dr Dattani who listened attentively and thankfully after a check on the tooth there was just an inflammation.Great service, great people and I would highly recommend Kent Smile Studio to put the smile back on your face

I've been seeing Dr Viraj Menon for a few years and most recently for a crown preparation. He's a very good dentist and took excellent care of me. He's the first dentist to identify that I probably have an unusual condition that affects how the anesthetic takes effect. Procedure went very well with no pain afterwards. Changed dentist and decided to give Kent Smile studio a try purely off the back of the reviews. Haven’t been disappointed at all. Had a thorough examination. With X-rays and photos. Treatment plan is in place. Able to get appointments without waiting weeks or months. Costs are reasonable and staff are friendly and informative.All in all I’m very happy

Everyone at Kent Smile are exceptional in their dealings with patients and in their professionalism. The surgery itself is clean, comfortable and well equipped. I think, in the last couple of years, I’ve been treated by almost everyone there and have never had a bad experience. Whenever I’ve had a problem, they have always gone the extra mile to help me. It’s also an added bonus that they have all the necessary experts under one roof, meaning you are never referred somewhere else for anything more complex. All the staff, from reception to the top, are always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.I would recommend this dental surgery to anyone, especially if you’ve had difficult experiences elsewhere.

I had a check up at the Maidstone branch of Kent smile yesterday. My dentist was Dr Paras Vadera. My husband uses him too.I told him I don’t like the dentist.Paras was very understanding, and talked to me for a good 10-15 minutes, going through all my medical side and asking me if I had any problematic areas that I thought needed to be looked at. My dental examination was the best I’ve ever had.Paras was very thorough and checked everything. My tongue, my gum health, my teeth. Taking photos and X-rays too.Paras made me feel very relaxed, he is such a charming young man and I would recommend him to anyone.Also everyone at the clinic is very welcoming.I will be back !!!

Kent Smile Studio Chatham was recommended to me by my son as he had treatment at this location and was very impressed. I have a number of health conditions including a heart condition and severe COPD and I am on oxygen and, we were very concerned about having treatment with my health issues. I was put at ease by Dr Paras Vadera who went through the treatment required step by step, went through my care plan and a full costing plan.I had my first extraction this week and he talked me through the whole process and put me at ease. I visited Louise as a new patient yesterday. I was blown away by the intensive thorough check up that Louise carried out - I have never in my life experienced anything quite like it. Louise and Diana (her dental nurse) were friendly, knowledgeable, approachable and a pleasure to be looked after by them. I don’t particularly enjoy going to the dentist (I am guessing not many people do) but certainly if you have a caring and gentle dentist it certainly makes a huge difference. I am now looking forward to having a thorough clean of my teeth.

I honestly could not recommend the Kent smile studio any more. As someone who avoided the dentist, I suffered for months because of past experiences and terrible anxiety, I am now the opposite! P Vadera has changed my experience all together and I look forward to going back! He took me through every single step, took everything at my pace, even held my hand with the hygienist after I got a bit emotional, never known a dentist like it and honestly anyone that suffers with anxiety, go to the Kent Smile Studio! Z Jiwan, my hygienist is exactly the same, calms you straight away, understands your concerns and talks you through it & takes it at your pace! Everyone was so supportive and patient including the dental nurses and reception. Never thought id see the day I was pain free and not terrified to go back! I had my first appointment with Louise Yates at Kent Smile this week. I felt welcome from the moment I stepped into the centre and greeted by the reception team. Louise took her time to listen to everything and make sure she had all the information, as I have a complex dental case. Brilliant work. I had the all on 4 implants. I was amazed on how quick all the work was able to be done, there was no pain and very little swelling the next day after the implants had been fitted. I would 100% recommend to anyone 👍👍 very relaxed atmosphere

Obviously when you’re searching for a dentist you havnt got a clue what their reputation is. So you go to there reviews and you read on how do you know if they are %100 genuine.I done exactly the same and took a chance with Kent Smile Studio thank the lord I did.I have never had a more thorough examination in my life.The dentist tested me for everything I just couldn’t believe how good he was.I can really recommend this practice if you want a check up or anything else give these guys a call. If your private it’s not the cheapest but I think it’s the best.

Very professional, helpful and honest.Had recently cracked a tooth, I called the surgery and was seen in 45 minutes. Attended with my daughter who was complaining of tooth ache. Same day appointment with her usual dentist. My daughter is extremely phobic. The dentist was calm, patient and understanding. A not so nice procedure needed to be done. My daughter was less than willing. With time, explanations and skill he managed with little trauma. It’s a shame NHS dentists cannot provide the same. I have no hesitation on recommending this practice.

I’m very happy with the Invisalign care of dentist Rich Sardinha and his assistant. Both are friendly and easy to talk to while being professional and knowledgeable.I’ve also had Botox treatment a number of times, presently for last few years by dentist Louise who achieves excellent results.All services are carried out in a professional yet friendly manner from reception to whatever chosen treatment.Can’t wait to achieve straight teeth in due course, I still have a way to go but I have gained confidence in Rich and Kent Smile Studios. My dentist has always discussed any proposed treatment so I have been able to be part of the decision process with estimates given so I have known exactly what fees to expect. My 13 year old daughter had a freak accident this week smashing her adult front tooth (right side as you look at her face in the picture) on a water slide. She was devastated but I contacted the Kent Smile Studio just to see if there was anything they could do as our NHS dentist said that they might not be able to match the colour exactly when building it back up. I e-mailed KSS on Tuesday night and they called Wednesday morning, booked her into see one of their dentists the same day and did the treatment including a full examination and x-rays to check she hadn’t done any permanent damage. As you can see from the before and after photos, I think you’ll agree they did an absolutely excellent job. They were friendly, quick, polite and offered excellent and I would say first class service hands down. I will always gladly say when I receive brilliant customer service as to me it is most important and something that is sadly not considered to be a focus by some companies but Kent Smile Studio exceeded my expectations. The result is a very very happy and relieved 13 year old whose confidence could have been smashed by this accident but KSS saved the day. Well done to the team!!! The whole treatment cost me £320 but it was more than worth it to see her smile come back and so soon too!

Even the less pleasant procedures like scaling are done with care and consideration, and it's made clear that you can just raise your hand for a break or complete stop if you're having trouble. I continue to use this dental practice despite moving to Sittingbourne from Walderslade 30 years ago. All the staff are very professional yet friendly and welcoming. The facilities are very modern with "state of the art" equipment. I receive regular apointment reminders via email and text which is very helpful when visits are sometimes 6 months apart. I pay monthly direct debits which helps to spread the cost for check ups and hygienist and I'm very pleased with the quality of care over the years. Sylvia Chatterton is my hygienist and she is the best I have ever had. She is always happy to see me and very friendly. She is always interested in my dental health and helps me with any issues I have. She always helps suggest the right brushes, toothpick, floss etc and tells me where to concentrate on brushing. I'm seeing the hygienist at least 3 times per year, in my home country or here in the UK. The process is the same everywhere I guess, but Mr Chris Arnold at Kent Smile Studio made a difference. I had no sensitive teeth after, no pain, no bleeding. My teeth look better than they ever did. I was expecting the soreness and pain, like usual, but had none.I'm so happy I chose to replace my usual hygienist and I'm also grateful that I find Mr Arnold. He really is amazing, very professional and polite.The reception ladies so nice and helpful as well. They always have a big smile for you when you come in.And very surprising was that I didn't felt pressured to spend more money or to take quick decisions regarding my oral health like happened to me before in some other dental practices.Highly recommended!

Louise and Mara were incredible with my daughter today! The appointment included my daughter having to have a tooth out so I had prepared for the worst but Louise was incredible, speaking her through each step and making everything feel relaxed and comfortable. Louise is an amazing dentist. She is the only dentist I have met who can give you injections where you don't feel them. Melody did a fantastic job when I had my 6 monthly checkup. During my hygienist visit Lisa talked me through the benefits of using an electric toothbrush and even demonstrated on my teeth. Review on behalf of my 6yo daughter and I. Kieran has been so lovely with her always making sure she is happy and comfortable and she now absolutely loves going for check ups! He treats us both and I cannot fault him, I went through some serious wisdom tooth issues myself , a lot of back and fourth leading to surgery. My experiences at this dentist have been nothing but very good.I needed quite a lot of work done, including some extractions.All the staff are very good. When I had the extractions I didn't even feel them!Good hygienist and gum health specialist too.

As someone who has had negative experiences with the dentist, I hadn't made a dentist appointment since I turned 18! Naturally, dental problems began to occur and I needed to buck up and make a dentist appointment. Moving to a new town, I chose the dentistry based on its reviews and I saw nothing but positive things about Kent Smile Maidstone... and they were ALL right!!I had an appointment with Ms Melody Prado and her dental assistant Bishnu (apologies if the name is spelt incorrectly) and it couldn't have gone better- even though I have work to do! Understanding that I'd had some trauma, both Ms Bishnu and Prado were so patient and understanding, they treat me with so much kindness, care and empathy. There was absolutely no judgement! The dentists that work here are truly here to help and it is such a lovely place with kind receptionists and very capable staff! I am looking forward to going back and getting done what I need to get done- even if my wallet isn't! I will be coming back!

This is a great practice. I used to have a dental phobia after years of bouncing around NHS practices. I made the decision to go private in 2021 and picked Kent smile studio.I instantly felt safe. At previous dentists I've been lectured by the dentist, but at Kent Smile Studio if you have a problem or a reoccurring dental hygiene issue they take the time to figure it out with you and educate you in a gentle but clear way. My dental hygiene and health has improved massively thanks to the education of this practice.I previously had Dr Liew and now have Dr Mahal. The transition in my care has been seamless and I feel looked after and informed every step of the way.

Called as had something stuck between my crown and the adjoining tooth and I had been unable to release it on over 24 hours. The receptionist at the surgery said come straight down and wait. Was told my dentist was busy but she would see if someone else may see me. Was seen by my dentist as soon as I got there and with great relief Melody managed to release the offending article. She also advised me of about a floss that could be threaded between the cusps of the teeth to help if it happened again. Used to object about going to the dentist but Melody is lovely and very understanding of my worries so now I go regularly as she and her staff put me at ease.

I hadn't visited a dentist for over 6 years so beforehand was worried about what treatment I would need. However, as soon as I walked through the door I was made to feel at ease. Can’t recommend the surgery enough! The Dentists and staff are extremely helpful and friendly. I’m really happy with my treatment and my 2 year Son seems to enjoy his visit to Dr Kaur - she was so friendly, playful and really put him at ease.

I had a great experience. I am usually very nervous about visits to the dentist. Dr Liew and her dental nurse really put me at ease . They were jovial and welcoming. Their gentleness and compassion made the experience less anxiety provoking and throughout the procedure and afterwards she explained everything to me. They even asked me what type of music I like to put me at ease. I would definitely recommend this dental practice. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed.

In April 2021, after what felt like consistent pointless and wasted appointments at another dentist, my biggest worry became a reality… due to problems with my teeth when I was younger, my front tooth cracked in half and began to break away. The practice itself was clean, modern and welcoming. The reception staff were very friendly and kept me informed of the time to wait. When we were called through, the dentist herself was very friendly and pleasant and it was obvious she knew how to deal with children. During the whole appointment she engaged with my nephew and made sure we were both comfortable and knew what was going on. I would definitely recommend this dental practice

In general I don’t think anyone is fond of visiting the dentist. However, at the Maidstone location I can say I’ve have the best experience ever!Everyone is very professional but also kind, caring, thoughtful, with genuine internet in your comfort and well being. I have finally found a dentist I will see ongoing.
